All products sold on NetPlaner are digital downloads (e.g., Excel templates). Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once the product has been successfully downloaded or accessed. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations for digital products after purchase.
2. Exceptions – Limited Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
The file is corrupted or does not open, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
The product is significantly different from what is described on the product page.
A duplicate order was placed unintentionally.
You encountered a technical issue that prevents download and our support team cannot resolve it.
